  • Do you only plan events in Wisconsin?

    Nope! Dairyland is the vibe, not the boundary. I plan events all over the US (and beyond). From Nashville to Napa, Cabo to Charleston- we’ll go wherever the party is.

  • Do you plan bachelor or co-ed parties?

    Yep! Bach energy is not gender-exclusive. If the group’s fun and the vibe’s strong, I’m in.

  • Do you offer honeymoon planning?

  • What if I already started planning? Can you still help?

  • What’s the difference between a planning package and the Power Hour?

    Packages = full planning. Power Hour = 60 minutes of strategy, ideas, or feedback. You walk away with clarity and a next-step plan. Think of it like a mini session for the Type A who's stuck.

  • Do you plan vow renewals, anniversary trips, or girls’ weekends?

    If it involves matching outfits, countdowns, or a reason to celebrate — I’m in. Just reach out and we’ll chat options.

  • What if we want to include pets?

  • Can you book just part of our honeymoon?

    Yes! I can help with as little or as much as you need — full trip planning, hotel-only, or just a destination shortlist if you're stuck deciding.

  • Can I use my own travel points or credit card perks?

    Absolutely — just let me know upfront and I’ll tailor your booking options around that.

  • Do you help with domestic and international honeymoons?

    Absolutely. Whether you’re dreaming of Italy, Tulum, a road trip through the Southwest, or a cozy cabin in Montana — I plan both.

  • What’s included in a honeymoon package?

    Each tier includes different levels of planning, but all packages include destination recommendations, personalized itineraries, and booking assistance. Higher tiers include full travel coordination, excursions, dining, and vibe-curated extras.

  • Do you book travel or just give recommendations?

    Both! I’m a certified travel agent, so I can book everything for you — flights, hotels, transfers, excursions — or just give you all the vetted recs if you prefer to book yourself.

  • We’re planning a minimoon first — can you help with that?

    Definitely. Whether it’s a weekend escape right after the wedding or a full-on delayed honeymoon months later, I’ll plan what fits your schedule, vibe, and budget.

  • What if we already picked a destination — can you still help?

    Yes — I can jump in at any stage. If you’ve got the flights and hotel but need help filling in the itinerary or building a day-by-day plan, I’m your girl.

  • What if we want multiple destinations or a multi-stop trip?

  • Do you offer travel insurance?

    I don’t sell it directly, but I always recommend it — especially for international travel or anything non-refundable. Most reservations can be booked with insurance as an add-on during checkout, and I’m happy to guide you through that or share trusted third-party options.

    Bonus: if you book with certain credit cards, you may already have built-in trip protection — so check those benefits too. I’ll help you figure out what makes the most sense for your trip.

How It Works

  • What’s the difference between the package tiers?

    Each tier comes with more personalization, support, and add-ons. Check out the Services page for a full breakdown of what’s included — from basic planning to fully customized, done-for-you magic.

  • Do you attend the events?

    Not unless you book me to (and I pack well).
    Most packages are fully virtual — meaning I plan it all, ship what’s needed, and hand you the party on a silver platter.

  • Do you book the accommodations/flights/etc.?

    Yes, if your package includes it. (I’m also a certified travel agent.) If not, I’ll still give recs and links to make booking easy.

  • Can I build a custom package?

    Yes, queen! If none of the packages fit exactly what you need, we can tailor one to what you’re dreaming up.

  • Can I mix and match package elements?

    Yes! If you like part of one package and part of another, I can create a custom quote just for your event.

  • Do you work with budgets?

    Yes. I’m not here to blow your wallet — I’m here to make your budget feel bigger with smart planning and great taste.

  • How far in advance should I book?

    As early as possible (especially for destination trips). But I love a good last-minute miracle, so reach out either way.

  • What if my group is huge (or super small)?

    That’s totally fine — I’ve planned events for 3 and for 30. Pricing may vary depending on your group size, but I’ll always keep it transparent and fair.

  • Can you take over planning from someone else?

    Yes! If you’ve got a half-finished spreadsheet or a friend who’s ghosted the MOH role, I can jump in and clean it up.

  • Do you work with outside vendors or people we already booked?

    Totally — if you’ve already booked a house, DJ, or photographer, I’ll factor them into the plan. Just send over their info so I can make it all work together.

  • Can you help us pick a location if we have no idea where to go?

    Yes! I’ll suggest destination ideas based on your group’s vibe, budget, and season. Think of me as your ✨party matchmaker.✨

  • What if we want to surprise the bride/groom?

    I'm in. Just let me know what’s a secret and who knows what — I’ll keep it under wraps and plan accordingly.

  • Do you offer favors, decor, or signage?

    Yes! Some packages include planning + purchasing (items billed separately), or you can add these à la carte.

  • Can you send us a decor kit or theme bundle?

    Totally. You give me the theme, I’ll curate, shop, and ship it right to your door.

  • Do I have to buy add-ons separately?

    Only if you want to! You can bundle them with your package or select à la carte. Flexibility is the vibe.

  • What kind of themes can you help with?

    Absolutely- from disco cowgirls to geriatric grandparents - I can make your dream come true. I love a wild theme. Bring it on.

  • Can we request a theme you’ve never done before?

    Absolutely — I live for a new theme. Whether it’s wild, weird, or totally overdone on Pinterest, I’ll make it feel fresh and fun.

  • Do we have to pick a theme?

    Nope! Some parties go all-out, some keep it classic. If you’re theme-curious, I’ll help you choose one that actually fits your vibe — no clichés unless you want them.

  • Can we do more than one theme?

    Absolutely — one for each night if you’re feeling wild. Think: “Hot Cowgirl Energy” Friday, “Golden Girls Go Out” Saturday.

  • Can you create or source gifts for our group?

    Yes! I offer add-ons for custom favors, bride swag, welcome bags, and more. Tell me your budget and I’ll take care of the fun (and the shopping cart).

  • Can we submit a design or logo for favors?

    Yep! I can use what you’ve created, or help you design something from scratch that matches your theme perfectly.

  • What if we have a crazy idea — like, really crazy?

  • How do I book you?

  • What if I’m not ready to book yet?

  • Can we chat before booking?

    Yes! You can book a Power Hour or send in a quick inquiry. I'm not pushy — just helpful.

  • Can you work with our group chat?

    Nope. 😅 I’ll always communicate through one lead person unless otherwise agreed on. It keeps the process clean, fast, and fun. I’m not joining your 2 a.m. text thread — respectfully.

  • What if I’m planning way in advance — can I still book now?

    Absolutely. Booking early means better availability, more time to design your dream vibe, and less stress. Let’s lock it in.

  • Can we book you just to execute what we already planned?

    Not currently. I focus on planning, sourcing, and designing — not day-of execution or coordinating someone else’s work. If you need help organizing what you already started, book a Power Hour and we’ll clean it up together.

  • What’s the best way to get in touch?

    Email is best for all communication after booking — it keeps everything organized. I’ll also send you planning docs, timelines, and resources to keep things moving smoothly.

Payment & policies

  • How does payment work?

    All packages require a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. The remaining balance is due before any planning deliverables are sent. (I’ll keep it cute and organized — no surprise charges.)

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    Major credit cards, debit cards, and secure online payments. If you’re sending a carrier pigeon, we’ll need to talk.

  • Is there a deposit required?

    Yes! A 30% non-refundable deposit is due at booking to secure your spot and kick off the planning. The remaining 50% is due 3 weeks before your event or before final deliverables are sent.

    Power Hours are paid in full upfront since they’re a one-time session.

    If your package includes physical items (like favors or swag), those costs will be built into the final invoice.

  • Do you offer payment plans?

    For larger packages, yes — just ask! I can break your total into 2–3 payments depending on your timeline and the scope of the event.

  • How are hotels, flights, and activities paid for?

    When I book travel (like hotels, airfare, or excursions), you’ll provide your own credit card so the charges go directly through you. This is standard practice — and a win-win. You stay in control of your purchases, earn the points, and have direct access to any vendor-specific policies or protections.

  • What’s your cancellation policy?

    Deposits are non-refundable, and if you cancel after planning has started, additional fees may apply depending on how far along we are. Life happens — but please let me know as soon as possible so I can be flexible where I can.

  • Can I reschedule or pause my planning?

    Most of the time, yes! As long as you give me a heads-up, I’ll work with you to shift dates or adjust timelines. Things happen — I get it.

  • What if my event gets canceled completely?

    If it’s fully canceled and we’ve already started planning, your deposit won’t be refunded, but we’ll discuss what’s fair based on how much work has already been done. I’m not out to nickel and dime — just here to protect both of us.

  • Can I make edits after I book?

    Within reason — yes. I get that things shift (guest lists, Airbnb drama, etc.), so I’ll work with you to adjust your plan. Major changes might affect pricing, but I’ll always communicate clearly before anything changes.

  • What’s your policy on travel refunds or trip cancellations?

    If your trip is canceled or rescheduled after booking, I’ll do everything I can to adjust with you — but please know that my planning fees are non-refundable. I put in the work upfront to secure reservations, build your itinerary, and coordinate all the magic behind the scenes.

    If I’ve booked flights, hotels, or activities on your behalf as a certified travel agent, those refunds will depend on the individual policies of the airline, hotel, or vendor. I’ll advocate for you, but I can’t guarantee their refund terms.

    Need to cancel or change your plans? Let me know ASAP so we can pivot as smoothly as possible.

  • Who pays — the bride, the group, or both?

    For bachelorette parties, it’s most common for the bride’s crew to cover the cost — she’s the guest of honor, after all.

    For bridal showers, the bride’s crew and her family often chip in — but every group is different. And for honeymoons, it’s typically the couple or a generous parent footing the bill.

    No matter the setup, I’m happy to invoice one person or split payments between multiple people to keep things easy and drama-free.

    If your package includes merch, gifts, or favors, I’ll send each person a quick form to fill out with payment info, clothing sizes, and shipping details — so no one’s blowing up the group chat trying to remember if Lindsey is a small or a medium. I’ve got it covered.

  • Can someone else help plan while I work with you?

    To keep the process smooth and the vision cohesive, I work as your exclusive party planner once you book a package. That said, I’m always happy to collaborate with whoever booked the trip (or the go-to group organizer) to get final approvals, bounce ideas, and make sure everything feels aligned. Teamwork? Yes. but too many planners = too many spreadsheets = a hot mess.

  • What happens if someone in the group drops out or flakes?

    Life happens! Just let me know — I’ll adjust the plan where possible. Refunds depend on how far along we are and what’s already been booked or ordered.

  • What if we have last-minute changes or add-ons?

    Totally get it — things shift! I do my best to accommodate last-minute changes, but anything added within 2 weeks of the event isn’t guaranteed and may incur a rush fee. Just send me the update ASAP and I’ll let you know what’s possible

  • Can you help with passport or visa requirements?

    I can’t issue them, but I’ll let you know exactly what you need based on your destination — and how far in advance to apply so nothing gets held up.
